Who am I? What do I do? Why do you need me? Fear not, I will answer it all!

Born and raised here in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, and recently graduated with my professional photography diploma, I started Songbird Photography in 2014. I wanted a career I was so passionate about that I would wake up everyday and say YES, THIS is what I want to do. 

 

Between coaching my son's mini soccer team that's full of spunky 5 year olds, sustaining life for our newborn girl, entertaining our 3 year old diva's ideas as she gets me to build the same princess castle the five hundreth day in a row, endless trips to the grocery store, and challenging others to be healthy and fit, my passion and creativity is let free with my photography!

 

I strive to make each photo session fun, fresh, and inspirational. I want you to treasure those images for the rest of your life. I want you to take home your prints and hang them with pride, reveling in your awesomness (or your childrens!). I feel that there are so many amazing things in this world that inspire us, leave us in awe, amaze us... that having the pleasure of freezing these memories in time, getting to celebrate them with you, is what drives my passion for the art.
